The Before’n’After program

The Before’n’After program is not like most one-size-fits-all routines you see online or get in a gym. It is customized to your individual level of commitment, your goals, gender, training experience, lifestyle and your physiology.

I will design a strength training program, nutrition and supplement plan, which will be updated based on your progress. An assessment of flexibility and muscular imbalances as well as Before’n’After pictures are also part of the program.

The program consists of 5 appointments over a time span of 12 to 16 weeks:

1 initial assessment (60 min)

  • Assessment of flexibility and muscular imbalances
  • 13-site skin fold measurement
  • Strength training program
  • Nutrition plan
  • Supplement plan

4 follow-up appointments (each 45 min)

  • 13-site skin fold measurement
  • Strength training program
  • Nutrition plan
  • Supplement plan

The ideal rhythm of appointments is 3 to 4 weeks.
